Pete's Tuna Melts

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp yogurt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
4 Tbsp carrots, shredded
4 Tbsp celery, chopped (and/or chopped sweet pickles)
4 Tbsp onion, chopped
8 oz. tuna

Hamburger Buns (just get your plain ol' ordinary buns, nothing fancy or ratios/cook time gets tricky)
Cheese (I like cheddar or kraft deluxe american for this)

Directions:
If you are using fresh tuna, sprinkle with old bay, broil and shred. Stir together tuna, yogurt, mayo, carrots, celery, onion and spices. Put hamburger bun halves onto a cookie sheet. Spoon mixture onto hamburger bun halves. Place a slice of cheese on each. Bake at 300F til the bun is a little crunchy and the cheese is nice and melted. (5-10 mins) Server open-faced and eat with a fork.
