Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri is a steak sauce from Argentina, but its essentially the same ingredients as a salad
dressing. You can add different fresh herbs in addition to the parsley.
1 cup olive oil
2/3 cup wine vinegar
2 Tb lemon juice
1 cup flat leaf parsley
1 Tb chili powder
3 Tb minced garlic
3 Tb minced onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 lb steak
Blend everything but the steaks in a food processor. Use half to marinate the steaks and reserve
the other half to serve as a sauce spooned on top of them. Grill the steaks and serve!
