Granola
Ingredients:
5 cups rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened shaved coconut (BIG shavings)
AND
1 cup of each:
sesame seeds
wheat germ
powdered milk
raw shelled sunflower seeds
thin sliced raw almonds
canola oil
honey
Mix everything together in a big bowl. Bake on flat cookie sheet at 350, turning often w/spatula
until thoroughly browned. Cool in the open air then store in air tight containers.
