Pete's Hamburger Meat
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (20% fat... you want the fat, that's juicy goodness!)
1 tsp. minced brown onion (get this chopped as fine as possible)
1/2 minced garlic clove (again as fine as possible)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix this up with your hands. Form into patties and grill 'em. In other recipes I use a lot
of garlic, but for some reason in hamburger a little goes a long way. It's easy to go
overboard on the garlic, so use a small to medium clove and only half of that.
