Poke
Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh ahi tuna (aka yellowfin)
1 small white onion, quartered then sliced
3 green onions, sliced/chopped
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger (or 1/8 tsp ginger powder)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon rooster sauce (Sriracha)
Juice of one lime
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Mixed up everything but the tuna. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes or longer.
Cut the tuna up into bite size pieces, and toss with sauce. Garnish with a sprinkling a sesame
seeds, squeeze half a lime over the top and chow down.
