What Looks Good?

Nana DeBeneditto's Cannoli Filling Recipe

1 pound of ricotta
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
(if ya want to add chocolate chips add 1/4 cup semi sweet bits...not big ones)

About Ricotta:

Ricotta is a wet cheese, so drain it in a colander overnight, then mix the filling.


Now stuff the shells (store bought is fine) and eat immediately or the shells will get soggy.
