Garlic Cilantro Fries
2 lbs. potatoes – Idaho or Yukon Gold, whichever you prefer, scrubbed and cut into French fries, wedges or thick-cut chips
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 heaped teaspoon granulated garlic
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro (coriander)
Deep fry raw fries, then toss with dry ingredients.
