Gin Rickey

3 oz gin
½ fresh lime
Sparkling mineral water
2 dashes orange bitters

Squeeze lime half into a rocks glass or large wine goblet and drop hull in as well. Fill glass with ice. Add gin, bitters, and mineral water. Stir to combine.
